- Provider approvals, commercial terms, fees, SLAs, and onboarding decisions are made by the relevant provider, not solely by OceanNet

4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the laws of Pakistan. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind that company.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of website use shall not exceed PKR 10,000 or the amount you paid us (if any) solely for website-related access in the three months preceding the claim — whichever is greater — except where liability cannot be limited by law (including fraud or wilful misconduct).
